Saliva samples collected within 48 hours of birth from opioid-exposed and non-exposed neonates were analyzed using the NanoString nCounter Analysis System with a custom CodeSet targeting 72 genes, including housekeeping genes. Raw RCC files are provided for all assay instances, and processed data are provided as normalized, log2-transformed expression values for the QC-passed samples included in the final analysis.</description><dates><publication>2026/04/13</publication></dates><accession>GSE327911</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9668360</GSM><GSM>GSM9668361</GSM><GSM>GSM9668350</GSM><GSM>GSM9668362</GSM><GSM>GSM9668351</GSM><GSM>GSM9668367</GSM><GSM>GSM9668356</GSM><GSM>GSM9668357</GSM><GSM>GSM9668358</GSM><GSM>GSM9668359</GSM><GSM>GSM9668363</GSM><GSM>GSM9668352</GSM><GSM>GSM9668364</GSM><GSM>GSM9668353</GSM><GSM>GSM9668365</GSM><GSM>GSM9668354</GSM><GSM>GSM9668366</GSM><GSM>GSM9668355</GSM><GPL>36801</GPL><GSE>327911</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
