Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) were collected at multiple timepoints from infants in the TARA cohort, spanning pre-ART entry through follow-up visits at 12, 24, and up to 44 months of age. Single-cell CITE-seq (5' gene expression and surface protein) and V(D)J sequencing (BCR/TCR) were performed to profile immune dynamics over time. Infants were stratified by virological outcome on ART—virally suppressed versus viremic/unsuppressed—to identify cell types, gene expression programs, and clonal repertoire features associated with durable viral suppression or persistent viremia during early life ART.</description><dates><publication>2026/09/30</publication></dates><accession>GSE328561</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9685307</GSM><GSM>GSM9685306</GSM><GSM>GSM9685305</GSM><GSM>GSM9685349</GSM><GSM>GSM9685348</GSM><GSM>GSM9685304</GSM><GSM>GSM9685347</GSM><GSM>GSM9685303</GSM><GSM>GSM9685302</GSM><GSM>GSM9685346</GSM><GSM>GSM9685345</GSM><GSM>GSM9685301</GSM><GSM>GSM9685300</GSM><GSM>GSM9685344</GSM><GSM>GSM9685343</GSM><GSM>GSM9685342</GSM><GSM>GSM9685341</GSM><GSM>GSM9685340</GSM><GSM>GSM9685318</GSM><GSM>GSM9685317</GSM><GSM>GSM9685316</GSM><GSM>GSM9685315</GSM><GSM>GSM9685314</GSM><GSM>GSM9685313</GSM><GSM>GSM9685312</GSM><GSM>GSM9685311</GSM><GSM>GSM9685310</GSM><GSM>GSM9685351</GSM><GSM>GSM9685350</GSM><GSM>GSM9685309</GSM><GSM>GSM9685308</GSM><GSM>GSM9685329</GSM><GSM>GSM9685328</GSM><GSM>GSM9685327</GSM><GSM>GSM9685326</GSM><GSM>GSM9685325</GSM><GSM>GSM9685324</GSM><GSM>GSM9685323</GSM><GSM>GSM9685322</GSM><GSM>GSM9685321</GSM><GSM>GSM9685320</GSM><GSM>GSM9685319</GSM><GSM>GSM9685339</GSM><GSM>GSM9685338</GSM><GSM>GSM9685337</GSM><GSM>GSM9685336</GSM><GSM>GSM9685335</GSM><GSM>GSM9685334</GSM><GSM>GSM9685333</GSM><GSM>GSM9685332</GSM><GSM>GSM9685331</GSM><GSM>GSM9685330</GSM><GPL>34284</GPL><GSE>328561</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
