NSCs at passage 3 were exposed to 0.8 μM CdCl₂ for 72 hours, and total RNA was extracted for sequencing on an Illumina platform. Differential expression analysis identified 684 differentially expressed genes (334 downregulated, 350 upregulated). Gene Ontology enrichment analysis of downregulated genes revealed impairment of neurogenesis-related processes, and WikiPathways analysis indicated enrichment of Wnt signaling pathway components. These transcriptomic data support the finding that Cd disrupts non-canonical Wnt5a signaling and impairs neuronal differentiation of SGZ-derived NSCs.","dates":{"publication":"2026/04/26"},"accession":"GSE328645","cross_references":{"GSM":["GSM9686521","GSM9686522","GSM9686523","GSM9686524","GSM9686525","GSM9686526"],"GPL":["24247"],"GSE":["328645"],"taxon":["Mus musculus"]}}
