Using single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq), we profiled the Peyer's patch immune landscape in wild-type, Trif-/-, and Il1r1-/- mice. Our analysis reveals that TRIF and IL-1R1 act as molecular "brakes" on mucosal humoral immunity. The dataset provides a high-resolution map of how TRIF and IL-1R1 modulate the B cell microenvironment and intrinsic differentiation pathways to limit mucosal IgA responses.</description><dates><publication>2026/06/01</publication></dates><accession>GSE328882</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9693389</GSM><GSM>GSM9693387</GSM><GSM>GSM9693388</GSM><GSM>GSM9693390</GSM><GPL>34290</GPL><GSE>328882</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
