In this study, paired bulk RNA-seq profiles were generated from human non-small cell lung cancer tumor tissues and matched adjacent non-tumor lung tissues. Sample identifiers beginning with C denote tumor tissue libraries, and identifiers beginning with N denote matched adjacent non-tumor tissue libraries; shared numeric suffixes indicate patient pairing. These data were used as the local discovery layer for a contamination-adjusted megakaryopoiesis-platelet tumor axis (MPTA) framework. The analysis combined paired differential expression, explicit contamination-aware score construction, public single-cell and spatial reference analyses, external cohort assessment, and local clinicopathologic and survival evaluation. The deposited sequencing data support the tumor-adjacent transcriptomic comparisons and locked tissue-centered MPTA score construction described in the manuscript.</description><dates><publication>2026/06/03</publication></dates><accession>GSE329380</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9702850</GSM><GSM>GSM9702851</GSM><GSM>GSM9702854</GSM><GSM>GSM9702855</GSM><GSM>GSM9702852</GSM><GSM>GSM9702853</GSM><GSM>GSM9702858</GSM><GSM>GSM9702859</GSM><GSM>GSM9702856</GSM><GSM>GSM9702857</GSM><GSM>GSM9702840</GSM><GSM>GSM9702843</GSM><GSM>GSM9702844</GSM><GSM>GSM9702841</GSM><GSM>GSM9702842</GSM><GSM>GSM9702847</GSM><GSM>GSM9702848</GSM><GSM>GSM9702845</GSM><GSM>GSM9702846</GSM><GSM>GSM9702849</GSM><GSM>GSM9702872</GSM><GSM>GSM9702873</GSM><GSM>GSM9702870</GSM><GSM>GSM9702871</GSM><GSM>GSM9702755</GSM><GSM>GSM9702876</GSM><GSM>GSM9702877</GSM><GSM>GSM9702756</GSM><GSM>GSM9702874</GSM><GSM>GSM9702753</GSM><GSM>GSM9702754</GSM><GSM>GSM9702875</GSM><GSM>GSM9702759</GSM><GSM>GSM9702757</GSM><GSM>GSM9702878</GSM><GSM>GSM9702758</GSM><GSM>GSM9702879</GSM><GSM>GSM9702861</GSM><GSM>GSM9702862</GSM><GSM>GSM9702860</GSM><GSM>GSM9702865</GSM><GSM>GSM9702866</GSM><GSM>GSM9702863</GSM><GSM>GSM9702864</GSM><GSM>GSM9702869</GSM><GSM>GSM9702867</GSM><GSM>GSM9702868</GSM><GSM>GSM9702809</GSM><GSM>GSM9702770</GSM><GSM>GSM9702773</GSM><GSM>GSM9702774</GSM><GSM>GSM9702771</GSM><GSM>GSM9702772</GSM><GSM>GSM9702777</GSM><GSM>GSM9702810</GSM><GSM>GSM9702811</GSM><GSM>GSM9702778</GSM><GSM>GSM9702775</GSM><GSM>GSM9702776</GSM><GSM>GSM9702814</GSM><GSM>GSM9702815</GSM><GSM>GSM9702812</GSM><GSM>GSM9702779</GSM><GSM>GSM9702813</GSM><GSM>GSM9702818</GSM><GSM>GSM9702819</GSM><GSM>GSM9702816</GSM><GSM>GSM9702817</GSM><GSM>GSM9702880</GSM><GSM>GSM9702762</GSM><GSM>GSM9702883</GSM><GSM>GSM9702763</GSM><GSM>GSM9702884</GSM><GSM>GSM9702760</GSM><GSM>GSM9702881</GSM><GSM>GSM9702761</GSM><GSM>GSM9702882</GSM><GSM>GSM9702766</GSM><GSM>GSM9702887</GSM><GSM>GSM9702888</GSM><GSM>GSM9702800</GSM><GSM>GSM9702767</GSM><GSM>GSM9702764</GSM><GSM>GSM9702885</GSM><GSM>GSM9702765</GSM><GSM>GSM9702886</GSM><GSM>GSM9702803</GSM><GSM>GSM9702804</GSM><GSM>GSM9702768</GSM><GSM>GSM9702889</GSM><GSM>GSM9702801</GSM><GSM>GSM9702769</GSM><GSM>GSM9702802</GSM><GSM>GSM9702807</GSM><GSM>GSM9702808</GSM><GSM>GSM9702805</GSM><GSM>GSM9702806</GSM><GSM>GSM9702791</GSM><GSM>GSM9702792</GSM><GSM>GSM9702790</GSM><GSM>GSM9702795</GSM><GSM>GSM9702796</GSM><GSM>GSM9702793</GSM><GSM>GSM9702794</GSM><GSM>GSM9702832</GSM><GSM>GSM9702799</GSM><GSM>GSM9702833</GSM><GSM>GSM9702797</GSM><GSM>GSM9702830</GSM><GSM>GSM9702831</GSM><GSM>GSM9702798</GSM><GSM>GSM9702836</GSM><GSM>GSM9702837</GSM><GSM>GSM9702834</GSM><GSM>GSM9702835</GSM><GSM>GSM9702838</GSM><GSM>GSM9702839</GSM><GSM>GSM9702780</GSM><GSM>GSM9702781</GSM><GSM>GSM9702784</GSM><GSM>GSM9702785</GSM><GSM>GSM9702782</GSM><GSM>GSM9702783</GSM><GSM>GSM9702788</GSM><GSM>GSM9702821</GSM><GSM>GSM9702789</GSM><GSM>GSM9702822</GSM><GSM>GSM9702786</GSM><GSM>GSM9702820</GSM><GSM>GSM9702787</GSM><GSM>GSM9702825</GSM><GSM>GSM9702826</GSM><GSM>GSM9702823</GSM><GSM>GSM9702824</GSM><GSM>GSM9702829</GSM><GSM>GSM9702827</GSM><GSM>GSM9702828</GSM><GPL>21290</GPL><GSE>329380</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon><PMID>[42057042]</PMID></cross_references></HashMap>
