Four typical pseudoallergy-positive compounds, including C48/80, PAMP-12, Substance P and ZINC-3573, were selected as stimulants to induce mast cell degranulation. This study aims to systematically investigate the transcriptional expression alterations in mast cells and analyze the transcriptomic characteristics associated with pseudoallergy.</description><dates><publication>2026/09/16</publication></dates><accession>GSE329896</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9712860</GSM><GSM>GSM9712861</GSM><GSM>GSM9712850</GSM><GSM>GSM9712862</GSM><GSM>GSM9712851</GSM><GSM>GSM9712852</GSM><GSM>GSM9712853</GSM><GSM>GSM9712854</GSM><GSM>GSM9712855</GSM><GSM>GSM9712856</GSM><GSM>GSM9712845</GSM><GSM>GSM9712857</GSM><GSM>GSM9712846</GSM><GSM>GSM9712858</GSM><GSM>GSM9712847</GSM><GSM>GSM9712859</GSM><GSM>GSM9712848</GSM><GSM>GSM9712849</GSM><GPL>34284</GPL><GSE>329896</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
