The MOTIVE-6 platform integrated hiPSC-derived midbrain organoids, intestinal epithelium, liver organoids, pancreatic islets, visceral adipocytes, and skeletal muscle in a shared circulating media environment. Bulk RNA-seq was performed on individual tissue compartments after four days of culture under Low, Mid, or High nutrient conditions, with additional High-nutrient conditions treated with metformin or semaglutide. Matched isolation cultures were used to distinguish transcriptional effects associated with multi-tissue interaction from those observed in independently cultured tissues. This dataset enables analysis of tissue-specific responses to inter-tissue signaling, nutrient state, and anti-diabetic drug exposure in a perfused human multi-tissue model.","dates":{"publication":"2026/07/29"},"accession":"GSE330098","cross_references":{"GSM":["GSM9717942","GSM9717943","GSM9717940","GSM9717941","GSM9717946","GSM9717947","GSM9717944","GSM9717945","GSM9717948","GSM9717949","GSM9717898","GSM9717931","GSM9717932","GSM9717899","GSM9717896","GSM9717897","GSM9717930","GSM9717935","GSM9717936","GSM9717933","GSM9717934","GSM9717939","GSM9717937","GSM9717938","GSM9717890","GSM9717891","GSM9717894","GSM9717895","GSM9717892","GSM9717893","GSM9717964","GSM9717965","GSM9717962","GSM9717963","GSM9717968","GSM9717969","GSM9717966","GSM9717967","GSM9717960","GSM9717961","GSM9717953","GSM9717954","GSM9717951","GSM9717952","GSM9717957","GSM9717958","GSM9717955","GSM9717956","GSM9717959","GSM9717950","GSM9717984","GSM9717985","GSM9717902","GSM9717903","GSM9717900","GSM9717901","GSM9717906","GSM9717907","GSM9717904","GSM9717905","GSM9717908","GSM9717909","GSM9717982","GSM9717983","GSM9717980","GSM9717981","GSM9717975","GSM9717976","GSM9717973","GSM9717974","GSM9717979","GSM9717977","GSM9717978","GSM9717971","GSM9717972","GSM9717970","GSM9717920","GSM9717887","GSM9717921","GSM9717888","GSM9717885","GSM9717886","GSM9717924","GSM9717925","GSM9717889","GSM9717922","GSM9717923","GSM9717928","GSM9717929","GSM9717926","GSM9717927","GSM9717880","GSM9717883","GSM9717884","GSM9717881","GSM9717882","GSM9717910","GSM9717913","GSM9717914","GSM9717878","GSM9717911","GSM9717912","GSM9717879","GSM9717917","GSM9717918","GSM9717915","GSM9717916","GSM9717919"],"GPL":["34284"],"GSE":["330098"],"taxon":["Homo sapiens"],"PMID":["[42244566]"]}}
