Profiling was performed under four conditions: untreated control, TGF-beta1 stimulation (2.5 ng/ml for 2 h), siRNA-mediated knockdown of YAP and TAZ followed by TGF-beta1 stimulation (2.5 ng/ml for 2 h), and stable KLF2 overexpression followed by TGF-beta1 stimulation (2.5 ng/ml for 2 h). ChIP-seq was also used to profile the histone modifications H3K27ac, H3K4me1, H3K4me3, and H3K18la. These datasets provide a resource for studying transcription factor binding and chromatin states in HCCLM3 cells.</description><dates><publication>2026/05/16</publication></dates><accession>GSE330469</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9727280</GSM><GSM>GSM9727281</GSM><GSM>GSM9727270</GSM><GSM>GSM9727282</GSM><GSM>GSM9727271</GSM><GSM>GSM9727260</GSM><GSM>GSM9727261</GSM><GSM>GSM9727283</GSM><GSM>GSM9727272</GSM><GSM>GSM9727273</GSM><GSM>GSM9727262</GSM><GSM>GSM9727274</GSM><GSM>GSM9727263</GSM><GSM>GSM9727264</GSM><GSM>GSM9727275</GSM><GSM>GSM9727276</GSM><GSM>GSM9727265</GSM><GSM>GSM9727277</GSM><GSM>GSM9727266</GSM><GSM>GSM9727278</GSM><GSM>GSM9727267</GSM><GSM>GSM9727279</GSM><GSM>GSM9727268</GSM><GSM>GSM9727269</GSM><GPL>24676</GPL><GSE>330469</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
