MCs were treated for 72 hours with conditioned media derived from KPCA cancer cells or with vehicle control to induce CAMC-like reprogramming. RNA was extracted and subjected to bulk transcriptomic profiling to identify differentially expressed genes and associated biological pathways.</description><dates><publication>2026/08/06</publication></dates><accession>GSE330590</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9729106</GSM><GSM>GSM9729105</GSM><GSM>GSM9729108</GSM><GSM>GSM9729107</GSM><GSM>GSM9729098</GSM><GSM>GSM9729097</GSM><GSM>GSM9729100</GSM><GSM>GSM9729099</GSM><GSM>GSM9729102</GSM><GSM>GSM9729101</GSM><GSM>GSM9729104</GSM><GSM>GSM9729103</GSM><GPL>24247</GPL><GSE>330590</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon><PMID>[42532631]</PMID></cross_references></HashMap>
