Organoids were stimulated with IFNγ and TNF to model inflammatory injury observed in IBD. Bulk RNA sequencing was performed to characterise cytokine-driven gene expression programs associated with inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) activation, epithelial stress responses, mitochondrial apoptosis, and inflammatory signalling pathways. Comparative transcriptomic analyses identified inflammatory and cell death-associated gene signatures induced by IFNγ/TNF treatment and revealed molecular pathways linked to epithelial injury in human intestinal organoids. These data provide a resource for understanding how inflammatory cytokines regulate epithelial cell death and transcriptional remodelling in the intestinal epithelium during IBD-associated inflammation.</description><dates><publication>2026/09/03</publication></dates><accession>GSE330696</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9730609</GSM><GSM>GSM9730629</GSM><GSM>GSM9730618</GSM><GSM>GSM9730607</GSM><GSM>GSM9730606</GSM><GSM>GSM9730628</GSM><GSM>GSM9730617</GSM><GSM>GSM9730622</GSM><GSM>GSM9730611</GSM><GSM>GSM9730600</GSM><GSM>GSM9730610</GSM><GSM>GSM9730621</GSM><GSM>GSM9730599</GSM><GSM>GSM9730598</GSM><GSM>GSM9730620</GSM><GSM>GSM9730627</GSM><GSM>GSM9730616</GSM><GSM>GSM9730604</GSM><GSM>GSM9730625</GSM><GSM>GSM9730614</GSM><GSM>GSM9730603</GSM><GSM>GSM9730613</GSM><GSM>GSM9730624</GSM><GSM>GSM9730602</GSM><GPL>18573</GPL><GSE>330696</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon><PMID>[42658927]</PMID></cross_references></HashMap>
