To resolve the cellular basis of transcriptomic stratification, we generated single-nucleus RNA-seq (snRNA-seq) profiles from the prefrontal cortex of 17 mouse lines carrying ASD-associated synaptic, chromatin-regulatory, and signaling mutations, together with C57BL/6J wild-type controls. Both sexes were profiled under baseline and early-postnatal (P3-P25) fluoxetine or lithium exposure. Four mice were multiplexed per 10x Genomics GEM-X v4 4-plex On-Chip Multiplexing (OCM) library, yielding 53 sequencing libraries (tubes) covering 212 individual mice. After downstream QC, approximately 1,016,895 nuclei from 205 mice were retained at postnatal day 25.</description><dates><publication>2026/07/28</publication></dates><accession>GSE330728</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9731290</GSM><GSM>GSM9731291</GSM><GSM>GSM9731292</GSM><GSM>GSM9731293</GSM><GSM>GSM9731298</GSM><GSM>GSM9731331</GSM><GSM>GSM9731299</GSM><GSM>GSM9731294</GSM><GSM>GSM9731295</GSM><GSM>GSM9731296</GSM><GSM>GSM9731330</GSM><GSM>GSM9731297</GSM><GSM>GSM9731306</GSM><GSM>GSM9731307</GSM><GSM>GSM9731308</GSM><GSM>GSM9731309</GSM><GSM>GSM9731302</GSM><GSM>GSM9731303</GSM><GSM>GSM9731304</GSM><GSM>GSM9731305</GSM><GSM>GSM9731300</GSM><GSM>GSM9731301</GSM><GSM>GSM9731317</GSM><GSM>GSM9731318</GSM><GSM>GSM9731319</GSM><GSM>GSM9731313</GSM><GSM>GSM9731314</GSM><GSM>GSM9731315</GSM><GSM>GSM9731316</GSM><GSM>GSM9731310</GSM><GSM>GSM9731311</GSM><GSM>GSM9731312</GSM><GSM>GSM9731279</GSM><GSM>GSM9731280</GSM><GSM>GSM9731281</GSM><GSM>GSM9731282</GSM><GSM>GSM9731328</GSM><GSM>GSM9731329</GSM><GSM>GSM9731324</GSM><GSM>GSM9731325</GSM><GSM>GSM9731326</GSM><GSM>GSM9731327</GSM><GSM>GSM9731320</GSM><GSM>GSM9731287</GSM><GSM>GSM9731321</GSM><GSM>GSM9731288</GSM><GSM>GSM9731289</GSM><GSM>GSM9731322</GSM><GSM>GSM9731323</GSM><GSM>GSM9731283</GSM><GSM>GSM9731284</GSM><GSM>GSM9731285</GSM><GSM>GSM9731286</GSM><GPL>34328</GPL><GSE>330728</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
