Splenocytes from uninfected controls were also profiled. It includes a spleen control at baseline (6-8-week-old C57BL/6J mouse).</description><dates><publication>2026/05/19</publication></dates><accession>GSE330985</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9736793</GSM><GSM>GSM9736808</GSM><GSM>GSM9736809</GSM><GSM>GSM9736806</GSM><GSM>GSM9736807</GSM><GSM>GSM9736804</GSM><GSM>GSM9736805</GSM><GSM>GSM9736813</GSM><GSM>GSM9736802</GSM><GSM>GSM9736803</GSM><GSM>GSM9736811</GSM><GSM>GSM9736800</GSM><GSM>GSM9736812</GSM><GSM>GSM9736801</GSM><GSM>GSM9736798</GSM><GSM>GSM9736810</GSM><GSM>GSM9736799</GSM><GSM>GSM9736796</GSM><GSM>GSM9736797</GSM><GSM>GSM9736794</GSM><GSM>GSM9736795</GSM><GPL>24247</GPL><GSE>330985</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
