BDPrB (N-butyl-N-(3,4-dihydroxybenzyl)propanamide) treatment was applied to zebrafish larvae/adults to induce retinal/ocular injury. RNA-seq was performed on eye tissues to identify differentially expressed genes and perturbed signaling pathways associated with BDPrB-mediated visual toxicity.</description><dates><publication>2026/05/20</publication></dates><accession>GSE331109</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9739158</GSM><GSM>GSM9739157</GSM><GSM>GSM9739156</GSM><GSM>GSM9739155</GSM><GSM>GSM9739154</GSM><GSM>GSM9739164</GSM><GSM>GSM9739153</GSM><GSM>GSM9739163</GSM><GSM>GSM9739162</GSM><GSM>GSM9739161</GSM><GSM>GSM9739160</GSM><GSM>GSM9739159</GSM><GPL>24995</GPL><GSE>331109</GSE><taxon>Danio rerio</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
