This study investigated the mechanisms of smoke-aggravated CRC using an azoxymethane (AOM)-induced mouse model. Three groups (n=6 each) were included: control (AOM only), GF-AOM (germ-free + AOM), and GF-AOMS (germ-free + AOM + smoke exposure). Colorectal tissues were collected for RNA-seq to identify differentially expressed genes associated with smoke-mediated CRC progression.</description><dates><publication>2026/05/20</publication></dates><accession>GSE331129</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9739477</GSM><GSM>GSM9739476</GSM><GSM>GSM9739475</GSM><GSM>GSM9739474</GSM><GSM>GSM9739484</GSM><GSM>GSM9739473</GSM><GSM>GSM9739472</GSM><GSM>GSM9739483</GSM><GSM>GSM9739482</GSM><GSM>GSM9739471</GSM><GSM>GSM9739481</GSM><GSM>GSM9739470</GSM><GSM>GSM9739480</GSM><GSM>GSM9739469</GSM><GSM>GSM9739479</GSM><GSM>GSM9739468</GSM><GSM>GSM9739478</GSM><GSM>GSM9739467</GSM><GPL>24247</GPL><GSE>331129</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
