Two treatments were applied: T1 (pre-conditioned with 100 mM NaCl for 24 h, recovered for 48 h, then re-exposed to 100 mM NaCl) and T2 (direct exposure to 100 mM NaCl without preconditioning). Samples were collected at 0, 1, 3, 6, 12, 24, and 48 h after the onset of the final salt treatment from the first fully expanded true leaves (n=3 per time point per treatment). Plants were grown under controlled conditions (25°C, 12,000 lux, 16h/8h light/dark, 70% RH) in 1/2 MS nutrient solution. The 0 h time point in T2 represents naive control, while in T1 it reflects residual effects after recovery. Data aim to reveal transcriptional reprogramming under salt stress and preconditioning.</description><dates><publication>2026/06/07</publication></dates><accession>GSE334477</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9789358</GSM><GSM>GSM9789359</GSM><GSM>GSM9789356</GSM><GSM>GSM9789378</GSM><GSM>GSM9789357</GSM><GSM>GSM9789379</GSM><GSM>GSM9789376</GSM><GSM>GSM9789377</GSM><GSM>GSM9789355</GSM><GSM>GSM9789374</GSM><GSM>GSM9789396</GSM><GSM>GSM9789375</GSM><GSM>GSM9789394</GSM><GSM>GSM9789372</GSM><GSM>GSM9789395</GSM><GSM>GSM9789373</GSM><GSM>GSM9789392</GSM><GSM>GSM9789370</GSM><GSM>GSM9789371</GSM><GSM>GSM9789393</GSM><GSM>GSM9789390</GSM><GSM>GSM9789391</GSM><GSM>GSM9789369</GSM><GSM>GSM9789389</GSM><GSM>GSM9789367</GSM><GSM>GSM9789368</GSM><GSM>GSM9789365</GSM><GSM>GSM9789387</GSM><GSM>GSM9789388</GSM><GSM>GSM9789366</GSM><GSM>GSM9789385</GSM><GSM>GSM9789363</GSM><GSM>GSM9789386</GSM><GSM>GSM9789364</GSM><GSM>GSM9789383</GSM><GSM>GSM9789361</GSM><GSM>GSM9789384</GSM><GSM>GSM9789362</GSM><GSM>GSM9789381</GSM><GSM>GSM9789360</GSM><GSM>GSM9789382</GSM><GSM>GSM9789380</GSM><GPL>37082</GPL><GSE>334477</GSE><taxon>Vigna radiata</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
