In this study, we performed RNA-seq analysis of mouse bone marrow-derived macrophages following house dust mite (HDM) allergen exposure to examine transcriptional changes associated with allergen-induced immune activation. These data provide gene expression profiles that may help define inflammatory and immune pathways regulated during HDM-driven innate immune responses.</description><dates><publication>2026/06/15</publication></dates><accession>GSE334783</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9797055</GSM><GSM>GSM9797044</GSM><GSM>GSM9797054</GSM><GSM>GSM9797053</GSM><GSM>GSM9797052</GSM><GSM>GSM9797048</GSM><GSM>GSM9797047</GSM><GSM>GSM9797046</GSM><GSM>GSM9797045</GSM><GSM>GSM9797049</GSM><GSM>GSM9797051</GSM><GSM>GSM9797050</GSM><GPL>19057</GPL><GSE>334783</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
