To determine its functional consequences, we generated a Mybpc3_Exon 33 deletion model, which alters the structure of the C10 domain of cMyBP-C. Transcriptomic profiling was used to characterize gene expression changes including fMyBP-C associated with loss of cMyBP-C, providing insight into the molecular mechanisms by which fMyBP-C contributes to cardiac dysfunction.</description><dates><publication>2026/09/30</publication></dates><accession>GSE335235</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9808794</GSM><GSM>GSM9808795</GSM><GSM>GSM9808793</GSM><GSM>GSM9808798</GSM><GSM>GSM9808796</GSM><GSM>GSM9808797</GSM><GPL>23479</GPL><GSE>335235</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon><PMID>[42554829]</PMID></cross_references></HashMap>
