We investigated whether SP-D attenuates chemotherapy-induced gastrointestinal toxicity and inflammation in mice. Sftpd-/- (KO) mice and Sftpd+/+ (WT) littermates received a single intraperitoneal injection of doxorubicin (20 mg/kg) or isotonic saline and were sacrificed on day 3 or day 7. Genome-wide expression in the jejunum was profiled on the Affymetrix GeneChip Mouse Transcriptome Array 1.0.","dates":{"publication":"2026/06/24"},"accession":"GSE335354","cross_references":{"GSM":["GSM9812440","GSM9812446","GSM9812424","GSM9812445","GSM9812423","GSM9812426","GSM9812425","GSM9812442","GSM9812420","GSM9812441","GSM9812444","GSM9812422","GSM9812421","GSM9812443","GSM9812409","GSM9812428","GSM9812427","GSM9812408","GSM9812429","GSM9812407","GSM9812435","GSM9812413","GSM9812412","GSM9812434","GSM9812415","GSM9812437","GSM9812436","GSM9812414","GSM9812431","GSM9812430","GSM9812433","GSM9812411","GSM9812432","GSM9812410","GSM9812439","GSM9812417","GSM9812438","GSM9812416","GSM9812419","GSM9812418"],"GPL":["20775"],"GSE":["335354"],"taxon":["Mus musculus"]}}
