Spheroids of each model were exposed for 48 h to their respective IC30 concentration of doxorubicin (0.56 microM for BEM; 0.79 microM for BEMF) or left untreated as controls, in two independent biological replicates per model/treatment combination. RNA-seq was performed to identify differentially expressed genes associated with fibroblast-dependent modulation of the doxorubicin response in melanoma spheroids.","dates":{"publication":"2026/06/30"},"accession":"GSE336658","cross_references":{"GSM":["GSM9840071","GSM9840072","GSM9840070","GSM9840068","GSM9840069","GSM9840066","GSM9840067","GSM9840073"],"GPL":["24247"],"GSE":["336658"],"taxon":["Mus musculus"]}}
