To investigate early transcriptional responses to PM2.5 exposure in non-malignant epithelial cells, we performed bulk RNA sequencing of wildtype mouse mammary epithelial EpH4 cells cultured under two-dimensional (2D) conditions. Cells were either left untreated or exposed to PM2.5. This dataset captures genome-wide gene expression changes induced by PM2.5 in wildtype epithelial cells and provides insight into stress response and pathophysiological pathways activated upon particulate matter exposure.","dates":{"publication":"2026/07/01"},"accession":"GSE336715","cross_references":{"GSM":["GSM9841192","GSM9841191","GSM9841190","GSM9841189"],"GPL":["30172"],"GSE":["336715"],"taxon":["Mus musculus"]}}
