The aim of this study was to evaluate the transcriptomic profile of colorectal adenocarcinoma, with a specific focus on structural genes and their regulatory networks within the tumor microenvironment. We conducted high-throughput mRNA profiling (Affymetrix GeneChip Human Gene 2.0 ST) of colorectal tumor tissues and healthy colonic mucosa. In parallel, a pilot microRNA screening (Affymetrix GeneChip miRNA 4.0) was performed on a subset of samples to uncover potential tumor-specific rewiring of regulatory networks involving ACTB and tumor-suppressive miRNAs.","dates":{"publication":"2026/08/18"},"accession":"GSE336767","cross_references":{"GSM":["GSM9841936","GSM9841935","GSM9841934","GSM9841933","GSM9841932","GSM9841931","GSM9841930","GSM9841929","GSM9841928"],"GPL":["16686","21572"],"GSE":["336767"],"taxon":["synthetic construct"," Homo sapiens"]}}
