To investigate the transcriptomic changes associated with OSCC, RNA sequencing was performed on primary OSCC tissues and matched adjacent non-tumor tissues. Differential gene expression and pathway enrichment analyses identified significant dysregulation of the MAPK signaling pathway, with EGFR and HRAS emerging as key altered genes. This dataset provides a transcriptomic resource for identifying molecular biomarkers and therapeutic targets in OSCC of Indian patients and supports further investigations into the molecular mechanisms underlying oral carcinogenesis.","dates":{"publication":"2026/06/30"},"accession":"GSE336948","cross_references":{"GSM":["GSM9845138","GSM9845137","GSM9845139","GSM9845141","GSM9845140","GSM9845142"],"GPL":["24676"],"GSE":["336948"],"taxon":["Homo sapiens"]}}
