SCI7 samples were collected 7 days after T9-T10 clip-compression spinal cord injury. OVX2_SCI7 samples were collected 7 days after SCI performed 2 weeks after ovariectomy. OVX8_SCI7 samples were collected 7 days after SCI performed 8 weeks after ovariectomy. Gene-level count, TPM, and FPKM matrices are provided as processed data.</description><dates><publication>2026/07/04</publication></dates><accession>GSE336959</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9845376</GSM><GSM>GSM9845365</GSM><GSM>GSM9845375</GSM><GSM>GSM9845367</GSM><GSM>GSM9845366</GSM><GSM>GSM9845369</GSM><GSM>GSM9845368</GSM><GSM>GSM9845370</GSM><GSM>GSM9845372</GSM><GSM>GSM9845371</GSM><GSM>GSM9845374</GSM><GSM>GSM9845373</GSM><GPL>34290</GPL><GSE>336959</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
