Cells were profiled at early response stage (P0, 0 h and 6 h) and during passage-dependent recovery (P1–P3). Differential gene expression and pathway analyses were conducted to characterize cellular responses to cryosilicification and to evaluate the persistence of transcriptional changes across cell passages.
