This study integrated long RNA-seq, small RNA-seq and mRNA-seq datasets to investigate antiviral regulatory networks in rainbow trout. Spleen tissues were collected from uninfected control and IHNV-infected rainbow trout for long RNA sequencing to profile mRNAs, lncRNAs and circRNAs, and for small RNA sequencing to profile miRNAs. In parallel, rainbow trout hepatocytes transfected with empty vector or circUSP47 overexpression vector were subjected to mRNA sequencing to identify genes and immune-related pathways regulated by circUSP47.
