Mice received 1% transgenic NR23.4 (CD8) and NR1 (CD4) T cells intravenously 24 hours before infection to track antigen-specific CD8 and CD4 T cell responses. Mice were infected transcervically with C. trachomatis serovars D (UW-3/Cx) and L2 (434/Bu) (5x10E6 IFU) at day 0 and rechallenged at day 28 post-infection (5x10E6 IFU). T cells were isolated from the uterus of C57BL/6J mice at multiple time points: 5 and 15 days post-primary infection and 3 and 5 days post-secondary challenge. All animals were pre-treated with medroxyprogesterone acetate to synchronize estrous cycles.</description><dates><publication>2026/07/07</publication></dates><accession>GSE337460</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9855807</GSM><GSM>GSM9855829</GSM><GSM>GSM9855828</GSM><GSM>GSM9855806</GSM><GSM>GSM9855827</GSM><GSM>GSM9855826</GSM><GSM>GSM9855825</GSM><GSM>GSM9855824</GSM><GSM>GSM9855823</GSM><GSM>GSM9855822</GSM><GSM>GSM9855821</GSM><GSM>GSM9855820</GSM><GSM>GSM9855819</GSM><GSM>GSM9855818</GSM><GSM>GSM9855817</GSM><GSM>GSM9855816</GSM><GSM>GSM9855815</GSM><GSM>GSM9855814</GSM><GSM>GSM9855813</GSM><GSM>GSM9855835</GSM><GSM>GSM9855834</GSM><GSM>GSM9855812</GSM><GSM>GSM9855833</GSM><GSM>GSM9855811</GSM><GSM>GSM9855810</GSM><GSM>GSM9855832</GSM><GSM>GSM9855831</GSM><GSM>GSM9855830</GSM><GSM>GSM9855809</GSM><GSM>GSM9855808</GSM><GPL>24247</GPL><GSE>337460</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
