The dataset was generated to investigate the roles of PAD4-dependent neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) and IL-33 signaling in CIAKI. Transcriptomic comparisons were used to identify gene expression programs and pathways related to NETs activation, IL-33 signaling, and tubular injury.</description><dates><publication>2026/07/11</publication></dates><accession>GSE337704</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9859742</GSM><GSM>GSM9859741</GSM><GSM>GSM9859744</GSM><GSM>GSM9859743</GSM><GSM>GSM9859746</GSM><GSM>GSM9859745</GSM><GSM>GSM9859748</GSM><GSM>GSM9859747</GSM><GSM>GSM9859749</GSM><GSM>GSM9859740</GSM><GSM>GSM9859751</GSM><GSM>GSM9859750</GSM><GPL>24247</GPL><GSE>337704</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
