This submission contains single-cell RNA sequencing data generated from PBMC/buffy coat fractions from 29 donors: 12 patients with high-grade serous ovarian carcinoma, 4 non-malignant gynecological controls, 10 patients with breast cancer, and 3 healthy donor controls. The dataset was used to detect and characterize candidate naked CTCs and pcCTCs and to compare their transcriptomic profiles with platelet and cancer-related signatures.</description><dates><publication>2026/07/14</publication></dates><accession>GSE337705</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9859760</GSM><GSM>GSM9859762</GSM><GSM>GSM9859761</GSM><GSM>GSM9859764</GSM><GSM>GSM9859753</GSM><GSM>GSM9859752</GSM><GSM>GSM9859763</GSM><GSM>GSM9859755</GSM><GSM>GSM9859766</GSM><GSM>GSM9859765</GSM><GSM>GSM9859754</GSM><GSM>GSM9859757</GSM><GSM>GSM9859767</GSM><GSM>GSM9859756</GSM><GSM>GSM9859759</GSM><GSM>GSM9859758</GSM><GPL>34281</GPL><GSE>337705</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
