Chromatin accessibility profiles were generated for lineage-traced LAG3^+tdTomato^+, LAG3^-tdTomato^+, and corresponding control CD8+ T cell populations isolated from tumors and draining lymphoid tissues. These data were used to characterize chromatin accessibility changes associated with exhausted, progenitor-like, and memory-like CD8+ T cell states and to define epigenetic relationships among lineage-traced T cell populations.</description><dates><publication>2026/07/24</publication></dates><accession>GSE337898</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9862458</GSM><GSM>GSM9862447</GSM><GSM>GSM9862446</GSM><GSM>GSM9862457</GSM><GSM>GSM9862445</GSM><GSM>GSM9862456</GSM><GSM>GSM9862455</GSM><GSM>GSM9862444</GSM><GSM>GSM9862449</GSM><GSM>GSM9862459</GSM><GSM>GSM9862448</GSM><GSM>GSM9862450</GSM><GSM>GSM9862461</GSM><GSM>GSM9862460</GSM><GSM>GSM9862443</GSM><GSM>GSM9862465</GSM><GSM>GSM9862454</GSM><GSM>GSM9862453</GSM><GSM>GSM9862442</GSM><GSM>GSM9862464</GSM><GSM>GSM9862452</GSM><GSM>GSM9862463</GSM><GSM>GSM9862462</GSM><GSM>GSM9862451</GSM><GPL>24247</GPL><GSE>337898</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon><PMID>[42611047]</PMID></cross_references></HashMap>
