This study investigated sturgeon cartilage peptides (SCPs) for OA repair and identified key bioactive peptides and mechanisms. SCPs, prepared by trypsin hydrolysis, were evaluated in in vitro and in vivo OA models. SCPs markedly improved cartilage damage, reduced matrix degradation, and increased chondrocyte proliferation to 126%.","dates":{"publication":"2026/07/08"},"accession":"GSE338020","cross_references":{"GSM":["GSM9864690","GSM9864688","GSM9864689","GSM9864695","GSM9864696","GSM9864685","GSM9864686","GSM9864687","GSM9864691","GSM9864692","GSM9864693","GSM9864694"],"GPL":["29480"],"GSE":["338020"],"taxon":["Homo sapiens"]}}
