RAW264.7 macrophages were pretreated with the EP300 inhibitor CCS1477 for 2 hours and subsequently stimulated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in the presence or absence of CCS1477 for 6 hours before chromatin immunoprecipitation and sequencing.
