By using bulk RNA-seq analyses of whole-brain in an established GWI mouse model, we uncovered a multi-lineage primed neuroimmune signature in aged GWI mice. Systemic lipopolysaccharide (LPS) elicited an amplified pro-inflammatory response in the brains of GWI mice compared to age-matched controls. Chronic cannabidiol (CBD) attenuated neuroimmune priming at baseline, and suppressed the parenchymal hyper-response, defining a therapeutic axis amenable to pharmacological intervention.</description><dates><publication>2026/07/14</publication></dates><accession>GSE338199</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9869156</GSM><GSM>GSM9869145</GSM><GSM>GSM9869144</GSM><GSM>GSM9869155</GSM><GSM>GSM9869154</GSM><GSM>GSM9869165</GSM><GSM>GSM9869164</GSM><GSM>GSM9869153</GSM><GSM>GSM9869152</GSM><GSM>GSM9869163</GSM><GSM>GSM9869151</GSM><GSM>GSM9869162</GSM><GSM>GSM9869161</GSM><GSM>GSM9869150</GSM><GSM>GSM9869160</GSM><GSM>GSM9869149</GSM><GSM>GSM9869159</GSM><GSM>GSM9869148</GSM><GSM>GSM9869158</GSM><GSM>GSM9869147</GSM><GSM>GSM9869146</GSM><GSM>GSM9869157</GSM><GPL>24247</GPL><GSE>338199</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
