SRPK2 is highly expressed in breast cancer and associated with poor prognosis, and has been implicated in the post-transcriptional regulation of FASN mRNA. To identify the RNAs directly bound by SRPK2 in breast cancer cells, we performed UV-crosslinked iRIP-seq of SRPK2 in MDA-MB-231 cells.</description><dates><publication>2026/07/15</publication></dates><accession>GSE338304</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9871036</GSM><GSM>GSM9871035</GSM><GSM>GSM9871038</GSM><GSM>GSM9871037</GSM><GPL>34284</GPL><GSE>338304</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
