This study tested whether hepatocyte-specific Agt deletion protects against Western diet-induced metabolic dysfunction under thermoneutral housing. Male hepAGT-/- and hepAGT+/+ littermate mice were housed at room temperature or thermoneutrality and fed a Western diet for 12 weeks. Liver, brown adipose tissue, and epididymal white adipose tissue were collected for bulk RNA-seq to define tissue-specific transcriptional programs associated with hepatocyte angiotensinogen deletion and thermal environment.</description><dates><publication>2026/08/05</publication></dates><accession>GSE338380</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9872500</GSM><GSM>GSM9872489</GSM><GSM>GSM9872467</GSM><GSM>GSM9872468</GSM><GSM>GSM9872501</GSM><GSM>GSM9872465</GSM><GSM>GSM9872487</GSM><GSM>GSM9872488</GSM><GSM>GSM9872466</GSM><GSM>GSM9872504</GSM><GSM>GSM9872505</GSM><GSM>GSM9872502</GSM><GSM>GSM9872469</GSM><GSM>GSM9872503</GSM><GSM>GSM9872481</GSM><GSM>GSM9872482</GSM><GSM>GSM9872480</GSM><GSM>GSM9872485</GSM><GSM>GSM9872463</GSM><GSM>GSM9872486</GSM><GSM>GSM9872464</GSM><GSM>GSM9872483</GSM><GSM>GSM9872461</GSM><GSM>GSM9872462</GSM><GSM>GSM9872484</GSM><GSM>GSM9872478</GSM><GSM>GSM9872479</GSM><GSM>GSM9872476</GSM><GSM>GSM9872498</GSM><GSM>GSM9872499</GSM><GSM>GSM9872477</GSM><GSM>GSM9872492</GSM><GSM>GSM9872470</GSM><GSM>GSM9872471</GSM><GSM>GSM9872493</GSM><GSM>GSM9872490</GSM><GSM>GSM9872491</GSM><GSM>GSM9872496</GSM><GSM>GSM9872474</GSM><GSM>GSM9872497</GSM><GSM>GSM9872475</GSM><GSM>GSM9872494</GSM><GSM>GSM9872472</GSM><GSM>GSM9872495</GSM><GSM>GSM9872473</GSM><GSM>GSM9872508</GSM><GSM>GSM9872506</GSM><GSM>GSM9872507</GSM><GPL>24247</GPL><GSE>338380</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
