This study performed bulk RNA sequencing of nasal mucosal tissues from 22 subjects, including 8 healthy controls, 9 eosinophilic CRSwNP (eCRSwNP), and 5 non-eosinophilic CRSwNP (neCRSwNP) patients. Transcriptomic analysis was conducted to characterize inflammatory signatures. This dataset provides transcriptomic resources for investigating inflammatory heterogeneity in CRSwNP.</description><dates><publication>2026/07/21</publication></dates><accession>GSE338426</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9873897</GSM><GSM>GSM9873898</GSM><GSM>GSM9873901</GSM><GSM>GSM9873912</GSM><GSM>GSM9873913</GSM><GSM>GSM9873902</GSM><GSM>GSM9873910</GSM><GSM>GSM9873899</GSM><GSM>GSM9873900</GSM><GSM>GSM9873911</GSM><GSM>GSM9873916</GSM><GSM>GSM9873905</GSM><GSM>GSM9873906</GSM><GSM>GSM9873917</GSM><GSM>GSM9873903</GSM><GSM>GSM9873914</GSM><GSM>GSM9873915</GSM><GSM>GSM9873904</GSM><GSM>GSM9873909</GSM><GSM>GSM9873918</GSM><GSM>GSM9873907</GSM><GSM>GSM9873908</GSM><GPL>24676</GPL><GSE>338426</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
