To identify transcriptional changes associated with KAT7 deficiency in macrophages, bulk RNA-seq was performed using bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDMs) from Ctrl and KAT7KO mice. Three biological replicates were included for each group. Differential expression analysis was performed for KAT7KO versus Ctrl to identify KAT7-regulated genes and pathways in macrophages.</description><dates><publication>2026/07/17</publication></dates><accession>GSE338728</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9880665</GSM><GSM>GSM9880664</GSM><GSM>GSM9880663</GSM><GSM>GSM9880662</GSM><GSM>GSM9880661</GSM><GSM>GSM9880660</GSM><GPL>34290</GPL><GSE>338728</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
