To investigate the effects of RECQL4 deficiency on genome instability induced by replication stress, genome-wide copy number alterations were analyzed using the Affymetrix CytoScan HD Array in WT and RECQL4-deficient U2OS cells with or without Cyclin E overexpression and/or ionizing radiation. Genome-wide copy number alterations were analyzed using the Affymetrix CytoScan HD Array. Raw CEL files are provided together with processed CYCHP files generated using Chromosome Analysis Suite (ChAS) version 4.5.</description><dates><publication>2026/07/20</publication></dates><accession>GSE338745</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9880818</GSM><GSM>GSM9880817</GSM><GSM>GSM9880816</GSM><GSM>GSM9880815</GSM><GSM>GSM9880824</GSM><GSM>GSM9880823</GSM><GSM>GSM9880822</GSM><GSM>GSM9880821</GSM><GSM>GSM9880820</GSM><GSM>GSM9880819</GSM><GPL>16131</GPL><GSE>338745</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
