To determine how exposure to a defined consortium of enteric microbes alters systemic transcriptional programs, whole blood was collected from specific pathogen-free control mice and mice exposed to the IMPACT4 microbial consortium. RNA was extracted from the blood leukocytes and subjected to bulk RNA sequencing. Gene-expression profiles were compared between the two experimental groups to characterize transcriptional programs associated with microbial exposure and systemic immune maturation.","dates":{"publication":"2026/08/25"},"accession":"GSE338940","cross_references":{"GSM":["GSM9885291","GSM9885290","GSM9885293","GSM9885292","GSM9885294","GSM9885289"],"GPL":["34290"],"GSE":["338940"],"taxon":["Mus musculus"]}}
