Wild-type cells were profiled unstressed and under heat shock, sodium arsenite, azetidine-2-carboxylic acid (AZC), diazaborine (DZA), and hyperosmotic NaCl, each with and without cycloheximide (CHX) to test translation-dependence. In parallel, a rapamycin-resistant Sis1 anchor-away strain was profiled with and without rapamycin across the same stresses.
