ARPE-19 cells were assigned to four conditions: vehicle control, fucoidan (400 μg/mL), PM2.5 (200 μg/mL), and combined fucoidan plus PM2.5 treatment. Cells were treated for 24 hours before total RNA collection. RNA sequencing was performed to characterize PM2.5-induced gene expression changes and to determine how fucoidan modulates these transcriptional responses.</description><dates><publication>2026/07/21</publication></dates><accession>GSE339345</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9893907</GSM><GSM>GSM9893908</GSM><GSM>GSM9893905</GSM><GSM>GSM9893906</GSM><GSM>GSM9893903</GSM><GSM>GSM9893904</GSM><GSM>GSM9893901</GSM><GSM>GSM9893902</GSM><GPL>24676</GPL><GSE>339345</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
