To characterize the transcriptional context of its chromatin incorporation in the germline, we generated transgenic mice expressing an H3mm15-EGFP fusion protein under the CAG enhancer/promoter and performed RNA-seq on testes collected at postnatal day 14. This dataset defines the set of genes expressed in transgenic testis and provides the expression reference used to relate H3mm15-EGFP chromatin incorporation, determined by ChIL-seq in the same tissue, to transcriptional activity.</description><dates><publication>2026/08/31</publication></dates><accession>GSE341156</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9901081</GSM><GPL>23969</GPL><GSE>341156</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
