We performed RNA sequencing of HAP1 cells treated for 24 h with vehicle, 5 µM Bu-DIF-3, or 5 µM CP-DIF-3. This dataset enables comparison of the transcriptomic responses to the two DIF-3 derivatives, including stress-response, redox, metabolic, and autophagy-related pathways.</description><dates><publication>2026/08/01</publication></dates><accession>GSE341456</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9907079</GSM><GSM>GSM9907078</GSM><GSM>GSM9907086</GSM><GSM>GSM9907084</GSM><GSM>GSM9907085</GSM><GSM>GSM9907082</GSM><GSM>GSM9907083</GSM><GSM>GSM9907080</GSM><GSM>GSM9907081</GSM><GPL>24676</GPL><GSE>341456</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
