To characterize transcriptional changes associated with natural aging and UA-30 treatment, RNA sequencing was performed on gastrocnemius muscle from young mice, saline-treated aged mice, and aged mice treated orally with UA-30 (100 mg/kg once daily for 10 weeks). Four independent biological replicates were analyzed per group. This dataset was used to identify age-associated genes whose expression was oppositely regulated by UA-30 and to examine enriched biological processes.","dates":{"publication":"2026/08/19"},"accession":"GSE341601","cross_references":{"GSM":["GSM9913849","GSM9913839","GSM9913847","GSM9913848","GSM9913841","GSM9913842","GSM9913850","GSM9913840","GSM9913845","GSM9913846","GSM9913843","GSM9913844"],"GPL":["24247"],"GSE":["341601"],"taxon":["Mus musculus"]}}
