Here, we took a modified DamID genomic profiling approach (NanoDam) to identify ERR-specific targets in adult Drosophila male and female adipocytes. We found that ERR binds to the loci of genes encoding enzymes involved in glycolysis, the pentose phosphate pathway, and beta-oxidation.</description><dates><publication>2026/07/29</publication></dates><accession>GSE341741</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9915987</GSM><GSM>GSM9915986</GSM><GSM>GSM9915985</GSM><GSM>GSM9915984</GSM><GSM>GSM9915979</GSM><GSM>GSM9915989</GSM><GSM>GSM9915978</GSM><GSM>GSM9915988</GSM><GSM>GSM9915990</GSM><GSM>GSM9915983</GSM><GSM>GSM9915993</GSM><GSM>GSM9915982</GSM><GSM>GSM9915981</GSM><GSM>GSM9915992</GSM><GSM>GSM9915991</GSM><GSM>GSM9915980</GSM><GPL>30203</GPL><GSE>341741</GSE><taxon>Drosophila melanogaster</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
