To investigate the transcriptional effects of pharmacological SYK inhibition, primary human monocytes from three healthy donors were co-cultured with BT474 breast cancer cells for 7 days in the presence of vehicle or 0.2 µM R406. CD45-positive tumor-associated macrophages were isolated by fluorescence-activated cell sorting and analyzed by bulk RNA sequencing. The dataset enables paired analysis of R406-induced transcriptional remodeling across independent donors.","dates":{"publication":"2026/08/08"},"accession":"GSE342455","cross_references":{"GSM":["GSM9930993","GSM9930992","GSM9930995","GSM9930994","GSM9930991","GSM9930990"],"GPL":["24676"],"GSE":["342455"],"taxon":["Homo sapiens"]}}
