To characterize immune-cell populations and their transcriptional states under different experimental conditions, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing of immune cells from mice. Single-cell RNA sequencing was performed on immune cells under different experimental conditions, as well as peripheral blood and brain immune cells from mice subjected to middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO), including mice with and without hemorrhagic transformation (HT). These datasets provide a resource for investigating immune-cell heterogeneity and transcriptional responses associated with ischemic stroke.","dates":{"publication":"2026/08/19"},"accession":"GSE343642","cross_references":{"GSM":["GSM9959051","GSM9959050","GSM9959049","GSM9959048","GSM9959047","GSM9959053","GSM9959052","GSM9959054"],"GPL":["24247"],"GSE":["343642"],"taxon":["Mus musculus"]}}
