To investigate KLF2-associated changes in chromatin accessibility in human hepatic stellate cells, we performed ATAC-seq on LX-2 cells stably expressing KLF2 or control vector. Genome-wide chromatin accessibility profiles were compared between the two groups to identify KLF2-dependent changes. This dataset provides a resource for exploring the potential epigenomic mechanisms underlying KLF2-mediated regulation of hepatic stellate cell function.","dates":{"publication":"2026/08/21"},"accession":"GSE343805","cross_references":{"GSM":["GSM9963034","GSM9963033","GSM9963036","GSM9963035"],"GPL":["24676"],"GSE":["343805"],"taxon":["Homo sapiens"]}}
