The CLLOC model contained NCI-H441 epithelial cells in the epithelial compartment and human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) in the vascular compartment, with human monocyte-derived macrophages incorporated into the epithelial side. BCG was applied to the epithelial/apical compartment, while phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) was used as the control. NCI-H441 epithelial cells were collected from CLLOCs at 12 h post-stimulation for bulk RNA sequencing.","dates":{"publication":"2026/09/30"},"accession":"GSE344004","cross_references":{"GSM":["GSM9966166","GSM9966167","GSM9966164","GSM9966165","GSM9966162","GSM9966163"],"GPL":["34284"],"GSE":["344004"],"taxon":["Homo sapiens"]}}
