This study characterized hypoxia-induced transcriptional changes in THP-1-derived M2-like macrophages. Paired-end bulk RNA sequencing was performed on macrophages cultured under normoxia or hypoxia, with three biological replicates per condition. The dataset enables analysis of hypoxia-associated macrophage transcriptional programs.</description><dates><publication>2026/08/18</publication></dates><accession>GSE344137</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9971379</GSM><GSM>GSM9971378</GSM><GSM>GSM9971382</GSM><GSM>GSM9971383</GSM><GSM>GSM9971380</GSM><GSM>GSM9971381</GSM><GPL>24676</GPL><GSE>344137</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
