We assessed cell-type composition, differential expression, pathway enrichment, oligodendrocyte-lineage pseudotime, ligand-receptor communication, transcription-factor regulon activity, and overlap with MDD-linked genetic variants. The integrated atlas resolved excitatory and inhibitory neuronal subclasses, oligodendrocyte-lineage cells, astrocytes, microglia/perivascular macrophages, endothelial cells, and vascular-associated populations.</description><dates><publication>2026/08/24</publication></dates><accession>GSE344216</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9973084</GSM><GSM>GSM9973083</GSM><GSM>GSM9973082</GSM><GSM>GSM9973081</GSM><GSM>GSM9973080</GSM><GSM>GSM9973109</GSM><GSM>GSM9973108</GSM><GSM>GSM9973107</GSM><GSM>GSM9973106</GSM><GSM>GSM9973105</GSM><GSM>GSM9973104</GSM><GSM>GSM9973103</GSM><GSM>GSM9973069</GSM><GSM>GSM9973102</GSM><GSM>GSM9973101</GSM><GSM>GSM9973100</GSM><GSM>GSM9973089</GSM><GSM>GSM9973088</GSM><GSM>GSM9973087</GSM><GSM>GSM9973086</GSM><GSM>GSM9973085</GSM><GSM>GSM9973095</GSM><GSM>GSM9973073</GSM><GSM>GSM9973072</GSM><GSM>GSM9973094</GSM><GSM>GSM9973093</GSM><GSM>GSM9973071</GSM><GSM>GSM9973092</GSM><GSM>GSM9973070</GSM><GSM>GSM9973091</GSM><GSM>GSM9973090</GSM><GSM>GSM9973114</GSM><GSM>GSM9973113</GSM><GSM>GSM9973112</GSM><GSM>GSM9973079</GSM><GSM>GSM9973078</GSM><GSM>GSM9973111</GSM><GSM>GSM9973077</GSM><GSM>GSM9973110</GSM><GSM>GSM9973099</GSM><GSM>GSM9973098</GSM><GSM>GSM9973076</GSM><GSM>GSM9973075</GSM><GSM>GSM9973097</GSM><GSM>GSM9973074</GSM><GSM>GSM9973096</GSM><GPL>24676</GPL><GSE>344216</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
